Bacteria will then be added to the solution to ferment. Once fermented, the solution turns into acetic acid. Acetic acid makes up 6% of apple cider vinegar.

It is advisable to mix apple cider vinegar with an ample amount of water. You only need a small amount of it to have a good effect.

Apple cider vinegar could reduce blood sugar levels but it doesn’t mean that you could take it after a high-fiber meal.

Research says if apple cider vinegar and water were taken after meals, it could improve PCOS symptoms.

Apple cider vinegar is also used to improve digestion. It is believed that it makes the stomach more acidic. If the stomach becomes acidic, the pepsin enzyme will break down the protein into smaller substances which makes it easy to digest.

To sum up, apple cider vinegar has healthful benefits but can pose negative effects once consumed improperly.
