Take a little time off from work. Whether it is a week or three weeks, taking time off to reset your body and mind will benefit you in so many ways. 3. Save up for a vacation by taking a less stressful job with more pay (preferably one that doesn’t constantly remind you of how much money is needed).

Rather than take a job with a lot of responsibilities and stress, you can take a position that is much less stressful or less demanding on your time but with more pay. You can save up for the vacation by taking this less stressful job on the side to keep your finances in order. This may mean working an extra hour or two, but the benefits will be worth it. Working that extra hour may improve your performance in the office and make you more attractive to a more stimulating position in the future.
